Design and installation of prestressed cross-lot bracing, nails and anchors, with monitoring of loads and wall movements.
The Baseri residential project used an engineered combination of cross-lot bracing, prestressed steel struts, soldier piles, horizontal walers, soil nails and anchors. Instrumentation was installed to observe loads and wall movement and compare measured behaviour with the analytical model. The project demonstrates integrated structural and geotechnical control on a compact urban site.
