01PROJECT OVERVIEW

Excavation stabilisation, drainage, waterproofing and structural works for the Eslamiyeh Sharghi residential development in Tehran.

The Eslamiyeh Sharghi residential development involved a roughly 12-metre-deep excavation. Pajand's work included supplementary soil stabilisation with nails and prestressed anchors, deep drainage, multilayer waterproofing, and construction of the raft foundation and retaining walls. The combination of geotechnical and structural works provided a coordinated approach to protecting the excavation and constructing the building substructure.
