Excavation stabilisation, drainage and waterproofing using nails, anchors, steel piles and a multilayer protection system.
The Golgasht office project combined steel soldier piles, soil nails and anchors to stabilise the excavation. Works included drainage of the excavation base and retaining walls, together with a multilayer waterproofing system. The solution accounted for the project's neighbouring structures and site constraints.
