Specialist stabilisation of a complex urban excavation near adjacent buildings, mature trees and existing utilities.
The Marina Park project required multiple excavation-stabilisation techniques to address complex site conditions and protect neighbouring structures. Measures included nails and anchors, reinforced-concrete and steel piles, walers, bracing and deadmen, self-drilling reinforcement elements and consolidation grouting. Work adjacent to existing buildings, trees and old buried infrastructure called for detailed engineering and careful execution.
