Integrated engineering, procurement and construction of a canteen and dining hall for personnel at the Miduk Auxiliary Concentrator.
The project was developed to expand welfare and support facilities for personnel at the Miduk Auxiliary Concentrator in the Shahr-e Babak Copper Complex. F.O. Pajand was responsible for engineering, procurement and construction under a single integrated scope covering architecture, structures, building services, materials and equipment.
Construction activities included excavation and ground preparation, foundations, corrosion-protected steel framing, sandwich-panel walls, industrial doors and windows, and a fully equipped commercial kitchen. Ventilation, heating and cooling, lighting, fire protection and mechanical systems formed part of the coordinated delivery.
Because the site is within an operating industrial complex and close to process equipment, construction required careful planning and coordination with plant operations. Material quality control, HSE requirements and equipment performance checks were important throughout the works. The project demonstrates integrated delivery of industrial support buildings and employee welfare infrastructure.
