A three-phase deep excavation-support programme combining steel piles, nails, anchors and groundwater control.
The Roshan Esfandiar excavation-support programme was implemented in three phases, combining steel soldier piles, soil nails and prestressed anchors. Deep wells and perimeter drainage were used to manage groundwater inflow and enable stabilisation at greater excavation depths. The project required coordinated structural support and drainage in a constrained urban setting.
